What can I look forward to in my box?
You can expect to receive between 4-6 specially selected items in The Balanced Entrepreneur box, plus some extra health and wellbeing items too! Each month the 4-6 items are a combination of business help and support, a book, stationery, pamper items, items for you to have fun and time away from your business - and more! We're packing the boxes with useful and helpful items, all designed to help you achieve a better work/life balance.
What date will my box be sent?
The cut-off for subscribing will be the 10th of each month. All boxes will be shipped on or around the 10th by Royal Mail. We will notify you via email once your box has been shipped, and its usually delivered within a few days after this date.
How do the online fun events work?
We will send you all the details for any eligible fun events via email. This will normally be via Zoom on a specific date and time. We will vary this to ensure that as many people as possible can attend.
How can I subscribe?
You can choose between a 3 and 6 month minimum subscription.
What date does my subscription renew?
Your subscription will renew automatically each month, on the same date as your original order. At the end of your current subscription term it will then auto-renew for the same period again, unless you cancel or pause your subscription.
How can I update my address or payment details?
Please login to your account and update any necessary details. This will take effect from the next monthly renewal date.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Yes, we'd love for you to send as a gift to a business buddy of yours. Please choose the trial/gift option, and we'll send at the same time as all subscription boxes.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Please log in to your account and follow the links there to request cancellation. Please note that this can't happen until after the minimum subscription term of 3 or 6 months has passed.
How does the Female Business Club membership work?
All 3 and 6 month subscription plans to The Balanced Entrepreneur will give you the added bonus of being a member of the Online Female Business Club, which is normally £15 per month. the will help you to connect and network with other women in business, as well as providing you with advice and support to grow your business. Once you've subscribed to The Balanced Entrepreneur (3 or 6 months) we will add your details to the Female Business Club emails, so you can have all the details of our friendly online community and upcoming online events. This may take a couple of days to come through, but please check your email inbox - and we'll see you inside the club Members Lounge!
